“I remember from a young age, being inspired by people’s resilience and ability to find solutions in the face of adversity; what motivated people to want to grow and change in their lives. Having parents of different nationalities, I spent much of my life reflecting on what contributes to our sense of identity and belonging.

The combination of these factors along with my love for languages and different cultures, lead me to study French and Spanish at University, to complete my Masters in Community Development and pursue further studies in Life Coaching and Counselling.

I have lived in India, Greece, Chile and Australia, where I completed my counselling training at the Dulwich Centre, the founding Institute for Narrative Therapy.

I employ a range of therapeutic approaches, including narrative, mindfulness, body based therapy & art therapy. I abide by the ethical framework of BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists) and ICF (International Coaching Federation). ”
